Biography

A graduate of the University of Texas Health Science Center, Dr. Swift completed his medical internship and residency at Georgetown University Hospital. He completed a fellowship in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine as well as Sleep Medicine training at Brown University. This training included interpretation of studies from the largest sleep laboratory in Southern New England. Subsequently, he received additional training while working with the experienced sleep specialists of Pulmonary & Critical Care Specialists of Northern Virginia. Dr. Swift joined PCCS NOVA in 1997.

Dr. Swift is board certified in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine. He achieved board certification (ABIM) in Sleep in 2003 and is now a Diplomate in Sleep Medicine.
